Eazy Bot understands the importance and sensitivity of all personal and other information, and respects your privacy whether you are browsing or registering with the Eazy Bot Platform. We are committed to handling all your personal information in harmony with the UAE laws on data privacy and security. We strictly abide by the "reasonable, relevant, and necessary principles" to collect your personal information, and do not collect information that is prohibited by such laws and regulations.

How we collect user information

When you visit our Platform, we will not collect user information unless the user chooses to use and receive online products and services that require such information. For transactions with government organizations involving credit cards, government systems use up-to-date security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information and systems.

When you visit the Eazy Bot Platform or use Eazy Bot services, we collect information that you provide to us via your computer, mobile phone or other accessible device. Such user information may include, without limitation, the following:

1. Personal information. Including but not limited to your first and last name, e-mail address, mailing address, country of residence, telephone number, username, password, and information provided at the time of signing into our Platform by filling in your personal information.
2. System information. Such as your IP address, the date and time you access the Platform, the length of time you spend on the Platform, your browsing history (recorded by the text and graphics files that compose that page), the Internet address of the Platform from which you linked directly to our Platform, and such other information.
3. Financial information. Such as the bank account number and/or credit card number associated with your Eazy Bot account or provided to us when using the Eazy Bot services. The information may also include what you provide when making online transactions — your payment instrument number, your name and billing address, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. You hereby acknowledge and agree that payment data, to the extent it consists of details related to the manner and mode of payment of fees for the use of the website and Services: (a) goes through the safe and secure transaction process provided by our payment gateway partners; (b) goes through the Visa or Mastercard pages, as the case may be, based on your payment methods in order to prevent any misuse of your payment details; and (c) that such payment details are not shared with the Eazy Bot Platform, its subsidiaries, affiliates and third parties, or any other users of the Platform.
4. Information from third parties. We may receive information about you if you use any of the websites that we, or any subsidiaries of Eazy Bot, operate, or from any other services that we provide. We also work closely with third parties, including but not limited to business partners, service providers, advertising networks, analytics providers and search information providers. We may receive information about you from such third parties, and this information may be combined with other information you provide to us.

Cookies

We use cookies which may also be placed and read by third party providers, including but not limited to Google Analytics and DoubleClick for Publishers. When you visit our Platform or use the Eazy Bot services, we (including companies that work with us) may place small data files on your computer or other devices. These data files may be cookies, pixel tags, Flash cookies, or other local storage (collectively "Cookies") provided by your browser or associated applications.

We use Cookies to discover your identity; customize Eazy Bot services, content and advertising; evaluate promotions; help keep your accounts safe, reduce risk and prevent fraud; and improve our Platform and the credibility and security of Eazy Bot services. We use both session cookies and persistent cookies. When you log out of your account or close your browser, session cookies will be invalid and will no longer work; persistent cookies remain in your browser until you delete them or invalidate them. We will encode the cookies so that we can interpret the information stored on them.

You may refuse our cookies if your browser or browser additional services allow it, but doing so may prevent your use of our Platform and Eazy Bot services. Refer to the Help section of your browser, browser extension, or installed application for instructions on blocking, deleting, or disabling cookies. You may encounter cookies or pixel tags that are not under our control — for example, when you view a web page created by a third party or use a third-party developed application. These third parties may place their own cookies or pixel tags that are not under our control and whose use is not subject to Eazy Bot privacy protection rules.

How we protect and store user information

We store and process user information on our computers in the locations where our facilities are located. We protect the information using physical, technical and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to our data centres following General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) protocol, and information access authorization controls. At the same time, we formulate a user information security incident emergency plan, and regularly organize relevant internal personnel to carry out emergency response training and drills to master the procedures of job responsibilities and emergency response strategies.

In addition to our efforts to ensure the security of your user data storage and processing, you should not disclose your login password or account information to anyone in order to protect your personal data. Eazy Bot will not ask for your login credentials or any personal information through e-mail or SMS. Whenever you log in to our Platform, especially when you use someone else's computer or a public internet terminal, please remember to log out and exit after the operation. Your efforts and assistance are definitely helpful for us to protect your personal information.

How we use the information we collect

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a secure, smooth, efficient and customized experience. We may use your personal information to: provide Eazy Bot Services; carry out identity verification and customer support; process transactions and send notices about your transactions; resolve disputes, collect fees and troubleshoot problems; prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities; customize, measure and improve Eazy Bot Services and the content, layout and operation of our website, platform and application; contact you at any telephone number by placing a voice call or through text (SMS) or email messaging; and compare information for accuracy and verify it with third parties.

How we share user information with other parties

We may share your user information with:

1. A service provider that has a contractual relationship with us to assist us in business operations such as fraud prevention, collection, marketing and technical services. Our contract stipulates that these service providers may only use your information to provide services to us, and not use your information for their own benefit.
2. Other private third parties that may be located in other countries where the laws governing user information are not as strict as those of your country or region. By submitting your user information, you expressly agree to share, store and process such information with third parties located in other jurisdictions. Eazy Bot will not sell or rent any of your information to third parties for marketing purposes, and will only share your information with third parties in accordance with the provisions of this policy. If you open the Eazy Bot account directly on a third-party website or through a third-party application, Eazy Bot is not responsible for the content or information specifications of such third parties.

Eazy Bot holds the right to collect and use your user information in accordance with the law irrespective of your consent in connection with the following: (i) matters directly related to national security and national defence security; (ii) matters directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests; (iii) matters directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments; (iv) what is required to maintain the safe and stable operation of the services provided, such as the discovery of failures in products or services; and (v) any such other circumstances mandated by law.

Accessing or changing your user information

You can view or modify your user information at any time by logging into your account and viewing your account settings and user information, subject to the terms and conditions. You are responsible for the authenticity of the information you have filled out. You can also cancel your account by sending an email to support@eazybot.com.

If you cancel your Eazy Bot account, we will mark your account as "deregistered" in the database but may still retain user information in your account to resolve disputes, to resolve issues, to assist with any investigation, to avoid fraud, to implement our user agreement, or to take other measures required or permitted by law. The user information you delete will not appear in your personal account, but this information will remain on the Eazy Bot data storage platform.

Marketing

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties for the marketing purposes of third parties without your explicit consent. We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize Eazy Bot Services, content and advertising.

Collection of IP addresses

Our web server automatically collects your IP address when you visit our site. Your IP address is your computer's unique address that allows other computers attached to the Internet to know where to send data, but it does not identify you individually. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to compile statistics on site usage.

Site security

As a condition of your use of our Platform, you agree that you will not take any action intended to:

1. access data that is not intended for you;
2. invade the privacy of, obtain the identity of, or obtain any personal information about any customer or user of this Platform;
3. probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Platform, or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
4. attempt to interfere with service to any user, host or network, or otherwise attempt to disrupt our business — including, without limitation, by means of submitting a virus to the Platform, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail bombing, phishing, spoofing, identity theft, hacking, cyberstalking, malvertising or crashing; or
5. send unsolicited mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products and services.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Eazy Bot reserves the right to investigate occurrences that may involve such violations, and may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform or any activity being conducted on the Platform. You agree, further, not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Platform, other than the search engine and search agents available on the Platform and other than generally available third-party web browsers.

Security and protection of your Eazy Bot account

In order to protect your account from any harm, loss and misuse of your user information, appropriate physical, administrative, technical and electronic security measures have been implemented. However, these may vary according to the sensitivity of such information.

Eazy Bot does not guarantee that these measures are perfect or impenetrable, or that your information will remain secure. We appreciate your help in safeguarding the integrity of your own and others' privacy. In the case of any complaint, or suspicion of loss or misuse of any of your personal information, you are solely responsible for informing Eazy Bot of any such event, and the burden of proof lies on you to substantiate your allegations.

Important notice

Some of our websites link to other sites created and maintained by other public and/or private sector organizations. We provide these links solely for your information and convenience. When you link to an outside website, you are leaving our Platform and our information management policies no longer apply.

Amendments to this privacy policy

Eazy Bot holds the right to revise this privacy policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Platform. The revised version will be applicable to all users with immediate effect upon its publication on the Eazy Bot Platform.
