This privacy policy describes how the website/mobile application handles your personal and other sensitive information during the period of availing our services.

Eazy Bot understands the importance and sensitivity of all the personal and other informa- tion and respects your privacy whether you are browsing or registering with the Eazy Bot Platform. For transactions with government organizations involving credit cards; government systems use up-to-date security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of information and systems.

When you visit Eazy Bot Platform or use Eazy Bot services, we collect information that you provide to us via your computer, mobile phone or other accessible device. Such user infor- mation may include, without limitation, the following:

Personal Information: We use your personal information, including but not limited to, information such as your first and last name, e-mail address, mailing address, country of residence, telephone number, username, password, information at the time of signing into our Platform by filling your personal information.

System Information: This includes information such as your IP address, the date and time you access the Platform, length of time you spend on the Platform, your browsing history (recorded by the text and graphics files that compose that page), the Internet address of the Platform from which you linked directly to our Platform, and such other information.

c. Financial Information: Such as the bank account number and/or credit card number that is associated with your Eazy Bot account or provided to us when using the Eazy Bot services. The information may also include that you provide when making online trans- actions. This may include your payment instrument number (e.g., credit card), your name and billing address, and the security code associated with your payment instru- ment (e.g., the CSV or CVV). You hereby acknowledge and agree that the payment data, to the extent consisting of details related to the manner and mode of payment of fees for the use of the Website and Services (such as details of your bank account, credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.), submitted by you while making payment of fees: (a) goes through the safe and secure transaction process provided by our payment gateway partners; (b) goes through the Visa or Mastercard pages, as the case may be, based on your payment method(s) in order to prevent any misuse of your payment details; and (c) that such payment details are not shared with the Eazy Bot Platform, its subsidiaries, affiliates and third parties or any other users of the Platform.

d. Information From Third Parties: We may receive information about you if you use any of the websites that we, or any subsidiaries of Eazy Bot, operate, or from any other ser- vices that we provide. We are also working closely with third parties, including but not limited to, business partners, service providers, advertising networks, analytics providers, and search information providers. We may receive information about you from such third parties. This information may be combined with other information you provide to us.

We use cookies which may also be placed and read by third party providers, including but not limited to Google Analytics and DoubleClick for Publisher. How Do We Protect And Store User Information?

We store and process user information on our computers in the world where our facilities are located. We protect the information using physical, technical, and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls and follow general data protection regulation GDPR protocol to our data centers, and infor- mation access authorization controls. At the same time, we formulate a user information security incident emergency plan, and regularly organize relevant internal personnel to carry out emergency corresponding training and drills to master the procedures of job responsibil- ities and emergency response strategies. Eazy Bot will not ask for your lo- gin credentials or any personal information through e-mail or SMS. How Do We Use The Information We Collect?

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a secure, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. We may use your personal information to; provide Eazy Bot Services, identity verification and customer support, process transactions and send notices about your transactions, resolve disputes, collection fees, and troubleshoot problems, prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, customize, measure, and im- prove Eazy Bot Services and the content, layout, and operation of our website, platform and application, contact you at any telephone number, by placing a voice call or through text (SMS) or email messaging, compare information for accuracy and verify it with third parties.

How Do We Share User Information With Other Parties

We may share your user information with:

i. A service provider that has a contractual relationship with us to assist us in business op- erations such as fraud prevention, collection, marketing, and technical services. Our contract stipulates that these service providers may only use your information to pro- vide services to us, and not use your information for their own benefit.

If you open the Eazy Bot account directly on a third-party website or through a third-party application, Eazy Bot is not responsible for the content or information specifications of such third parties.

Eazy Bot holds the right to collect and use your above user information in accordance with the law irrespective of your consent in connection with the following information: (i) directly related to national security and national defense security; (ii) directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests; (iii) directly related to criminal investigation, prose- cution, trial and execution of judgments. (iv) required to maintain the safe and stable opera- tion of the services provided, such as the failure to discover products or services; (v) In any such other circumstances mandated by law.

How To Access Or Change Your User Information

You can view or modify your user information at any time by logging into your account and viewing your account settings and user information subject to the terms and conditions. You

are responsible for the authenticity of the information you have filled out. You can also can- cel your account by sending an email to support@eazybot.com. If you cancel your Eazy Bot account, we will mark your account as “deregistered” in the database but may still retain user information in your account to resolve disputes, to resolve issues, to assist with any in- vestigation, to avoid fraud, to implement our user agreement or to take other measures re- quired or permitted by law. The user information you delete will not appear in your personal account, but this information will remain on Eazy Bot data storage platform.

Marketing

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties for marketing purposes of third par- ties without your explicit consent. We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize Eazy Bot Services, con- tent and advertising.

Collection Of IP Addresses

Our web server automatically collects your IP address when you visit our site (your IP ad- dress is your computer’s unique address that allows other computers attached to the Inter- net to know where to send data but does not identify you individually). We use your IP ad- dress to help diagnose problems with our server and to compile statistics on site usage.

Site Security

As a condition to your use of our Platform, you agree that you will not take any action in- tended to: (i) access data that is not intended for you; (ii) invade the privacy of, obtain the identity of, or obtain any personal information about any customer or user of this Platform;

Eazy Bot reserves the right to investigate occurrences that may involve such viola- tions and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform or any activity be- ing conducted on the Platform. You agree, further, not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Platform other than the search engine and search agents available on the Platform and other than generally available third-party web browsers.

Security And Protection Of Your Eazy Bot Account

In order to protect your account from any harm, loss and misuse of your user information, appropriate physical, administrative, technical, and electronic security measures have been implemented. However, these may be varied according to the sensitivity of such information.

However, Eazy Bot does not guarantee that these measures are perfect or impenetrable and your information will remain secure. We appreciate your help in safeguarding the integrity of your own and others” privacy. In case of any complaint, suspicion of loss or misuse of any of your personal information, you are solely responsible to inform Eazy Bot of any such event and the burden of proof lies on you to substantiate your allegations.
